摘 要:目的:通过动物实验验证和血通脉颗粒与功能主治有关的主要药效学作用,为临床用药的有效性提供药理学依据。方法:(1)小鼠腹腔注射0.6%的冰醋酸,以10 min内小鼠扭体次数为指标(小鼠扭体法),观察药物的镇痛作用;(2)将小鼠放入装有10 g钠石灰,容积为250 mL不漏气的广口瓶内,以小鼠呼吸停止时间为指标,观察药物对小鼠耐常压缺氧作用;(3)利用肾上腺素造成小鼠肠系膜微循环障碍,观察药物对小鼠肠系膜微循环的影响。结果:(1)显著减少0.6%冰醋酸引起的小鼠扭体次数;(2)显著延长小鼠常压缺氧条件下的存活时间;(3)明显改善小鼠肠系膜微循环障碍。结论:和血通脉颗粒小鼠低剂量组3.9 g(生药)/kg、中剂量组7.8g(生药)/kg、高剂量组15.6 g(生药)/kg具有镇痛作用;具有增强小鼠耐常压缺氧能力的功效;具有改善微循环的作用。Objective : To research the indications or functions of pharmacodynamic action of Hexue Tongmai particles through animal experiments, so as to provide the basis for pharmacology about efficiency of clinical practices. Methods : 1. To inject 0.6% glacial acetic acid into mice abdominal cavity, take the number of writhing in every 10 min as indexes ( mouse acetic - acid - in- duced twisting experiment) in order to observe the medicines analgesia. 2. Put the mice into the sealed 250 mL wide - mouth jar with 10 g soda lime. Take the time mice respiratory arrested as indexes. And observe the effect of the drug on the mice bearing hy- poxia at normal pressure. 3. Make the mice mesentery microcirculation disturbance with epinephrine in order to observe the effect of the drug on the mesentery microcirculation of the mice. Results : 1. The drugs can significantly reduce the number of writhing in- duced by 0.6% glacial acetic acid. 2. The drug can significantly prolong the living time of the mice under the condition of hypoxia at normal pressure. 3. The drug can significantly improve the mice's mesentery microcirculation disturbance state. Conclusion:The low dose group 3.9 g( crude drug)/kg mice, middle dose group 7.8 g( crude drug)/kg mice, and high dose group 15.6 g( crude drug)/kg mice of Hexue Tongmai particles have the effect on abirritation, improving the ability of the mice bearing hypoxia at nor- mal pressure,and improving the microcirculation.
