摘 要:针对电动轮自卸车前、后桥运动不协调,侧倾性能差的现象,提出了一种新型长度可变、刚度可调节的非线性横向稳定杆。采用多体动力学方法建立了自卸车整车动力学模型,并进行了运动学性能和侧倾性能分析。结果表明:使用新型横向稳定杆的自卸车前、后桥运动不协调现象得到了解决,直线行驶性能提高了61.71%,侧倾性能提高了26.32%,驾驶人座椅侧向振动减小了7.1%;采用遗传算法对自卸车侧倾性能进行了优化,使侧倾性能提高了25%。Aimed at the kinematics incoordination of front and rear axle and poor roll performance of electric wheel dump truck, a new type of nonlinear anti-roll bar of variable length and stiffness was proposed. Using multi-body dynamics method, dynamics model of the truck was built, and the kinematics performance and roll performance were analyzed. The results show that the kinematics incoordination of the truck is solved and straight line driving performance is improved by 61.71%, the roll performance is improved by 26.32%, and the driver's seat lateral vibration is decreased by 7.1%. The roll performance of dump truck is optimized using genetic algorithm, and the roll performance is increased by 25 %.
