摘　　要：目的 :研究脑卒中对社区康复的需求 ,分析脑卒中后患者独立功能能力的影响因素。方法 :采用目前国际上评价残疾程度最常用的独立功能评定量表 ,评测了北京市崇文区社区 5 1例脑卒中存活者的独立功能能力。结果 :5 1例患者的致残率为 72 .5 % ,6 0～ 89岁组致残率显著高于 40～ 5 9岁组 (P <0 .0 5 )。影响患者独立功能能力评分的因素依次为年龄、卒中次数和偏瘫侧。结论 :脑卒中患者对社区康复有迫切需求 ,其独立功能与年龄。Objective:To study the needs of stroke patients to community based rehabilitation and analyze the influence factors of independent function and ability.Method: Functional Independent Measure was used to assess the independent function and ability of 51 patients suffer from stroke in Chongwen District in Beijing.Result:Disability rate of 51 patients was 72.5%. Among them those of 60～89 years old group was significant higher than 40～59 years old group( P <0.05). The influence factors of independent function and ability were age, times of stroke and side of stroke.Conclusion:Proved the needs of stroke patients in our country to community based rehabilitation.
