摘  要:黄体生成素(LH)与卵泡刺激素(FSH)在卵泡发育过程中起着举足轻重的作用。超排卵周期中,内源性促性腺激素往往被抑制,外源性FSH作为经典的促排药物被广泛使用,然而对于LH却缺乏相应的研究。经典的"LH治疗窗"理论指出,卵泡期一定范围内的LH水平是保障卵泡发育所必需的,过高或过低的LH都会损害促排卵周期的妊娠结局。本文从LH的生理作用出发,针对在超排卵周期中,检测LH水平的意义,添加LH的指证,添加LH的剂型与剂量,对上述问题予以综述。The role of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) is of paramount importance in the process of folliculogenesis. In the cycles of controlled ovarian stimulation, endogenous gonadotropins are suppressed. Exogenous FSH, as a classical kind of ovarian stimulating drug, is adopted widely,while the application of LH is just emerging. According to the classical theory of "LH therapeutic window", a certain level of LH is necessary for the follicular development during follicular phase,redundant or inadequate LH could impair the outcomes of ovarian stimulating cycles. This paper introduces the biological function of LH and reviews a series of issues of the clinical application of LH, e. g. measurement of LH level,indication of exogenous LH, dose of exogenous LH, and so on.
