摘　　要：在体外授精-胚胎移植治疗中，促性腺激素释放激素激动剂（GnRH—a）经常在患者黄体中期开始应用，有0．5％～1％的患者在应用GnRH—a过程中发生意外妊娠，有关GnRH—a对胚胎及妊娠结局的影响，文献报道很少。本文就其发生的可能原因、发现后的处理措施、致畸率以及妊娠结局做一综述。Gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist （GnRH-a） is commonly used as an adjunct to ovulation induction regimens in IVF. The early unrecognized pregnancy can occur during GnRH-a administration in 0.5 %-1% patients when GnRH-a is used in middle luteal phase. However, there is little information regarding teratogenic effects and the outcomes in such pregnancies. This paper discusses the possible reasons, management, birth defects rate and pregnancy outcome of unexpected pregnancy in GnRH agonist down-regulation during IVF.
