热疗联合腹腔灌注化疗治疗晚期胃肠道恶性肿瘤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察热疗联合腹腔灌注化疗治疗晚期胃肠道恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法:60例晚期胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者随机分为热疗联合化疗组(A组30例)和单纯腹腔化疗组(B组30例)。结果:热疗联合腹腔化疗组胃癌有效率、肠癌有效率及总有效率分别为58.8%、69.2%及63.3%,明显高于单纯腹腔化疗组的40.0%、33.3%及36.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:热疗联合腹腔化疗相比单纯腹腔化疗可有效缓解病情,改善晚期肿瘤患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To observe the resuhs of intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy combined with microwave hyperthermia for advanced gastrointestinal malignances, nethods：A total of 60 patients with advanced gastrointestinal malignances were divided randomly into two groups：peritoneal chemotherapy plus microwave regional hyperthermia （ Group A, 30 patients） and peritoneal chemotherapy alone （ Group B, 30 cases）. Results： CR ＋ PR rates for gastric cancer, colorectal cancer and both in Group A were 58.8 % , 69.2 % and 63. 3 % , respectively;In Group B were 40.0% ,33.3 % and 36.7 % （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Thermo - chemotherapy group compared with peritoneal chemotherapy alone is effective to alleviate the condition, improve the quality of life of patients with advanced cancer, it is worthy of clinical application.
