摘　　要：肿瘤疫苗应用其表达特异性的、具有免疫原性的肿瘤抗原,来激活、恢复或加强机体抗肿瘤的免疫反应,进而杀伤、清除残余和转移的肿瘤细胞。因此,肿瘤疫苗在肿瘤治疗方面有很好的前景。Tumor vaccine represents an immunological response based on application of specific and immunogenic Tumor antigens to activate, restore, and strength anti -tumor, with a view to killing, stripping out residues and meta- static tumor cells. Therefore,it has a promising prospect in the field of the treatment.
