摘　　要：目的:观察应用颞肌颞筋膜悬吊修复永久性面瘫遗留如口角歪斜、闭目不能等的疗效。方法:6例永久性面瘫患者遗留口角歪斜、闭目不能等应用颞肌颞筋膜悬吊术进行治疗。结果:采用颞肌颞筋膜悬吊术治疗重度永久性面瘫,术后疗效良好,病人满意率100%。结论:该手术方法不失为治疗永久性面瘫遗留口角歪斜、闭目不能等较为理想的方法之一。Objective：Observe the efficacy of temporalis temporal fascia suspension of correcting the permanent facial paralysis （ skew of mouth and lips and paralyzed eyelid）. Methods： 6 cases of permanent facial paralysis with skew of mouth and lips and paralyzed eyelid were treated by temporalis temporal fascia suspension. Results： The curative effect turned out to be very well by using the meth- od;the satisfaction rate of patients is 100%. Conclusion： The method is one of the ideal ways of curing permanent facial paralysis with skew of mouth and lips and paralyzed eyelid.
