热毒宁在癌性发热治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察热毒宁治疗癌性发热的临床疗效。方法将90例癌性发热病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。治疗组患者采用热毒宁静脉点滴,对照组患者采用口服消炎痛,均治疗7天,观察两组患者降温效果及不良发应。结果治疗组患者总有效率为86.6%,对照组为66.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应比较,治疗组明显低于对照组。结论热毒宁治疗癌性发热疗效确切,安全性高。Objective To observe the clinic effects of Reduning in treating tumorous fever. Meth- ods 90 patients who have tumorous fever were divided randomly into treatment group and control group, each group had 45 cases. The patients of treatment group were given Reduning intravenous drip and the pa- tients of control group were treated by analgesic-antipyretic in-oral administration. Observe the effects of hy- pothermia and the side effects after the treatment of 7 days. Results The total effective rate of the treat- ment group was 86. 6% and the other group was 66. 6 %. There was statistically difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The side effects of the treatment group were obviously less than the control group. Con- clusions The curative effect of Reduning treatment of cancerous fever is exact and high safety.
