乳腺钼靶摄片在中老年女性乳腺癌筛查中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺钼靶摄片在中老年女性乳腺癌筛查中的应用价值。方法抽取本地1000例中老年女性进行乳腺癌筛查,筛查方法为乳腺钼靶摄片。结果查出7例乳腺癌,占0.7%。与病理诊断符合率为100.0%,病理类型多为浸润性导管癌。所有患者摄片都可见明确肿块影,可见恶性钙化者6例。结论钼靶摄片筛查中老年女性乳腺癌作为一种无创性的检查手段,摄片肿块与钙化现象能为诊断乳腺癌提供可靠依据,可作为大规模人群筛查的主要手段。Objective To analyze application of mammography for screening breast cancer for the middle-aged and elderly women. Methods 1000 cases of middle-aged and elderly women in my region were cluster-sampled for breast cancer screening by mammography. Results 7 cases of breast cancer were screened, which accounted for 0. 7% of the people. The results entirely accorded with pathological diagno- sis. The main pathology types were invasive ductal carcinoma. All patients radiography showed clear mass shadows and 6 malignant calcifications. Conclusions Mammography screening in middle-aged and elderly women with breast cancer as a noninvasive means of inspection, the radiography mass with calcification phe- nomenon can provide reliable basis for the diagnosis of breast cancer, it can be used as a primary mean of large-scale population screening.
