计算机信息管理在产科护理单元日常工作中的应用

摘　　要：目的 用计算机管理产科护理单元日常性非医疗性事务.方法 按照产科的特点,分别将冰箱的温度记录,抢救车物品、药品、器械的清查记录,紫外线消毒记录,房间温湿度记录,生物安全记录设计成不同类型的表格,放在可移动式工作电脑桌面,鼠标点击即可完成每天的日常记录.比较计算机管理应用前2个月（2012年11-12月）和应用后2个月（2013年1-2月）,由专人记录每天完成日常性非医疗性工作的时间,内容的完整性,记录的及时性,资料查询、存档和打印的方便性.结果 计算机应用前,记录内容完整性的合格率为83.6％ （51/61）,记录及时性的合格率为80.3％ （49/61）；计算机应用后,记录内容完整性和记录及时性的合格率均为100.0％ （59/59）,差异均有统计学意义（x2值分别为8.51,12.90;P ＜0.05）.计算机应用前,每天记录所需时间为（33.9±3.8）min,应用后为（21.9±1.5）min,应用前后比较差异有统计学意义（t=22.64,P＜0.05）.计算机应用后,查询、存档和打印更方便、规范.结论 应用计算机管理日常事务后,护士有更多的时间和精力深入病房,了解患者的病情变化和需求,更好地为患者服务.Objective To manage the non-medical routine affairs of obstetric nursing unit by using computer information management.Methods According to obstetric characteristics,different excel files were created on the desktop of working computer to record the temperature of the refrigerator,inventory records of materials,emergent medicines,equipments in rescue carts,UV disinfection,room temperature and humidity,and biological safety checks.All these record could be done in few minutes by clicking mouse.To compare the following contents between before two months before application （from November 2012 to December 2012） and two months after application （from January 2013 to February 2013）：the time which was taken to complete the non-medical,daily routine affairs; the integrity of content; the timeliness of records; the convenience of data query,archiving and printing.Results Before the application of computer information management,the qualification rate of record content integrity was 83.6％ （51/61）,the qualification rate of recording timeliness was 80.3％ （49/61） ; after the application of computer information management,the qualification rate of record content integrity and the qualification rate of recording timeliness beth are 100.0％ （59/59） ; the difference was statistically significant （x2 =8.51,12.90,respectively; P ＜ 0.05）.The time,which was taken to complete records every day before and after the apphcation of the time required,was （33.9 ± 3.8） min and （21.9 ±1.5） min,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant （t =22.64,P ＜ 0.05）.The data query,archiving and printing of records is more convenient and standardized after the application of computer information management than that before the application of computer information management.Conclusions With the application of computer information management in the daily work,nurses have more time and energy to understand the patient＇s condition changes and demand so as to serve the patients better.
