摘　　要：对医学信息学研究的主要方面进行阐述,详细介绍支持转化医学的医学信息学关键领域,包括信息决策支持系统、自然语言处理、医学信息标准化、医学信息检索以及电子健康档案。基于医学信息学对转化医学的重要影响,认为医学信息学研究者应该成为转化医学团队重要组成部分。The paper elaborates the major aspects of medical informatics,and supportive key scopes for developing translational medicine including information decision making support system,natural language processing,medical information standardization,medical information retrieval and electronic health records.Based on the important influence of medical informatics to translational medicine,medical informatics researchers should be included into translational medicine research team as major components.
