摘　　要：随着市场经济的转型,电力行业正在进行初步的市场化改革。近年来,电力行业面临着严峻的形势,电力电量增长速度减缓,电网企业资产负债率连年增长。电网企业为了保证企业的健康发展,需要对项目投资过程进行有效的管理,以使其与企业的发展目标有效地衔接。主要研究探讨了电网企业在专项领域投资的项目投资组合模型,以重庆市电力公司下属供电公司为例进行实证分析研究。通过投资组合理论建立电网项目投资组合的多目标决策模型,从企业的经营状况出发,结合变权理论,对目标的权重进行确定,并对模型进行求解,最后对项目投资组合的解进行简单的验证。模型具有一定的实际应用价值。With the transformation of the market economy, the power industry is undergoing preliminary market-oriented reform. In recent years, the power industry is facing a grim situation, in which the growth rate of the power demand is slowing, and the asset-liability ratio of power grid enterprises increases continuously. In order to ensure the healthy development of power grid enterprises, it need to effectively manage the investment processes of projects and make it effectively connect with the business development goals. The project portfolio models in special fields for power grid enterprises were studied, by taking a power supply company that belonged to Chongqing Municipal Power Corporation as an example. A multi-objective decision model was established for grid project portfolio based on the portfolio theory. Then, the weight of the target was determined and the model was solved, according to the business situation of enterprise and the variable weight theory. Finally, the solution of project portfolio was simply verified, which showed that the model had certain practical application values.
