摘　　要：目的:分析千金子石油醚萃取物中油脂的组成成分。方法:采用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)对千金子石油醚萃取物中油脂的化学成分进行分析鉴定。结果:从千金子石油醚萃取物中分离鉴定出了55种化合物,其中有43种成分首次得到。结论:该法操作简便,灵敏度高,准确可靠,可用于千金子脂肪油的组成成分及含量测定。Objective：To analyse the olein compositions in the petroleum ether extractant of Semen Euphorbiae. Methods：The chemical compositions were detected by gas chromatography-mass（GC-MS）. Results：Total 55 kinds of chemical compounds had been identified from the petroleum ether extractant of Semen Euphorbiae. There were 43 kinds of the compounds obtained for the first time. Conclusions：This method was simple in operation,sensitive and reliable in determination results. It could be ap- plied in determination of compound composition and content of the fatty oil in Semen Euphorbiae.
