摘 要:本研究运用问卷法对755名教师的职业幸福感进行了调查研究。发现:(1)总体上看教师的职业幸福感处于一般水平。免师教师职业幸福感得分显著低于普通教师,但是在相同教龄中,两组教师群体的差异不显著。(2)小学免师教师的职业幸福感显著高于中学免师教师,主要体现在收益满意感和情感幸福感维度上。(3)重点学校免师教师的职业幸福感显著高于非重点学校免师教师,主要体现在收益满意感和身心愉悦感维度上。在讨论和分析的基础上提出了增强免师教师职业幸福感的对策建议。The present study investigates the Occupational Sense of Happiness (OSH) of 755 teachers with questionnaire method. The result indicates: (1) teachers' overall OSH is at common level. The OSH of tuition-free normal college student teachers is significantly lower than that of ordinary teachers, but the differences between the two groups are not significant within the same teaching experience group; (2) the OSH of primary tuition-free student teachers is significantly higher than that of secondary school teachers mainly in income satisfaction and emotional happiness dimension. (3) the OSH of tuition-free student teachers of key schools is significantly higher than that of non-key schools, mainly in income satisfaction as well as mental and physical pleasure dimension. Based on discussion and analysis, suggestions are put forward to enhance the OSH of tuition-free normal college student teachers.
