摘　　要：本研究运用问卷法对755名教师的职业幸福感进行了调查研究。发现:(1)总体上看教师的职业幸福感处于一般水平。免师教师职业幸福感得分显著低于普通教师,但是在相同教龄中,两组教师群体的差异不显著。(2)小学免师教师的职业幸福感显著高于中学免师教师,主要体现在收益满意感和情感幸福感维度上。(3)重点学校免师教师的职业幸福感显著高于非重点学校免师教师,主要体现在收益满意感和身心愉悦感维度上。在讨论和分析的基础上提出了增强免师教师职业幸福感的对策建议。The present study investigates the Occupational Sense of Happiness （OSH） of 755 teachers with questionnaire method. The result indicates： （1） teachers＇ overall OSH is at common level. The OSH of tuition-free normal college student teachers is significantly lower than that of ordinary teachers, but the differences between the two groups are not significant within the same teaching experience group; （2） the OSH of primary tuition-free student teachers is significantly higher than that of secondary school teachers mainly in income satisfaction and emotional happiness dimension. （3） the OSH of tuition-free student teachers of key schools is significantly higher than that of non-key schools, mainly in income satisfaction as well as mental and physical pleasure dimension. Based on discussion and analysis, suggestions are put forward to enhance the OSH of tuition-free normal college student teachers.
