基于素质教育的高职大学生综合能力培养

摘　　要：根据高职教育目标及当前高职大学生特点,将素质教育同高职大学生综合能力培养相结合。在正确理解新时期高职大学生综合能力的基础上,阐述基于素质教育的高职大学生综合能力培养的必要性及原则,提出"以核心价值观引领高职思想道德教育、以完善校园软硬环境营造学习氛围、以校企联动提升高职大学生职业素养"三项措施,培养高职大学生综合能力。In accordance with the objective of higher vocational education and the characteristics of higher vocational college students,the quality-oriented education is to be integrated with the cultivation of comprehensive ability.Based on correct understanding of the higher vocational college students＇ comprehensive ability in the new era,elaboration was made of the necessity and principles of comprehensive ability cultivation of vocational college students based on the quality-oriented education.Three measures were offered to develop the comprehensive ability of higher vocational college students,including ＂guiding the ideological and moral education in higher vocational colleges by core values,cultivating learning atmosphere by improving soft and hard environment on campus,and enhancing higher vocational college students＇ professionalism by school-enterprise interaction＂.
