摘 要:研究开发了一种控制机床颤振的电流变减振器。理论分析和试验结果表明,电流变减振器的刚度及阻尼随外加电场强度的增加而增大,主振系统的振幅随电场强度的增加而减小。只要场强选取适当,采用电流变减振装置可以使铣床心轴的振幅降低50%~80%。试验在卧式升降台铣床上进行。An ER damper for controlling machine chatter is developed. The theoretical and experimental results show that the stiffness and damping of ER damper are growing with the increase of the electric field strength applied, the vibration response of main vibration system (arbor) will reduce by raising electric field strength in a certain scope. As far as the electrical field strength selected is appropriate, the vibratory amplitude of milling machine arbor will decrease to 50%~80% as low as that in common milling. All experiments presented here are performed on a horizontal knee and column type milling machine.
