摘  要:以甲醇-水为流动相,高效液相色谱-紫外检测器测定虾仁和牡蛎提取液中次黄嘌呤、黄嘌呤、腺嘌呤含量,对样品提取和高效液相色谱条件进行优化。结果表明,次黄嘌呤、黄嘌呤、腺嘌呤标准品的检出限分别为3.7×10-9,19×10-9,5.2×10-9g/mL,样品分析日内测定的相对标准偏差分别小于3.2%,3.0%,5.4%,平均加标回收率为80.1%~100.7%。Hypoxanthine,xanthine and adenine in some animal drug materials were determined by means of HPLC with methanol/water as the mobile phase and a UV detector. This process of sample preparation was improved and the conditions of HPLC were also optimized. The results showed that the detection limits of hypoxanthine, xanthine and adenine were 3.7 × 10 - 9,19 × 10 -9,5.2 × 10 -9 g/mL, respectively. The intra-day precisions (RSD) of hypoxanthine, xanthine and adenine were less than 3.2%, 3.0%, 5.4%, respectively. The recovery rate of the samples with added specimen was in a range of 80.1% to 100.7%.
