摘　　要：本项目在完成胶北镇10个农村居民点地籍和变更调查的基础上,分析农村居民点土地开发利用潜力,从提高土地利用强度和调整土地利用总结构两方面来研究农村居民点土地利用潜力,研究表明农村居民点具有较大的土地整理潜力。本研究为农村居民点土地整理及城乡建设用地增减挂钩政策提供了理论依据。Based on the cadastral and changing investigation of 10 rural residential areas in Jiaobei Town, the land exploitation and use potential was analyzed from improving land use intensity and adjusting land use structure. It was concluded that there was great land consolidation potential in rural residential areas, which provided theoretical basis for rural residential land consolidation and the policy of increasing and reduc-ing urban and rural construction lands.
