胃癌组织中CXCL12、CXCR4的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌组织中趋化因子CXCL12及其受体CXCR4蛋白表达与肿瘤浸润、转移的关系。方法选择胃癌患者50例,取其癌组织和癌旁正常组织标本,应用免疫组化SP方法,检测CXCL12及CXCR4在胃癌组织、正常黏膜及转移淋巴结中的表达情况。结果与正常黏膜相比,CXCL12和CXCR4在胃癌组织中的表达升高(P<0.01),胃癌有淋巴结转移者较无淋巴结转移者表达升高(P<0.01)。结论胃癌组织中CXCL12与CXCR4的高表达与胃癌的浸润及淋巴结转移有关;CXCL12和CXCR4检测可作为判断胃癌预后的一项指标。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of CXC chemokine ligand 12 （CXCL12）, CXC chemokine receptor 4 （CXCR4） and infiltration, lymph node metastasis in gastric carcinoma. Methods Specimens of cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues in 50 cases of patients with gastric cancer were obtained. The expression of CXCL12 and CXCR4 in gastric cancer tissues, normal mucosa and metastatic lymph nodes was detected by immunohistochemical SP method. Results Compared with that in the normal mucosa, the expression of CXCL12 and CXCRd in gastric cancer tissues was higher （P 〈 0.01 ）, and the expression in gastric cancer with metastatic lymph nodes was higher than that without metastatic lymph nodes （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The high expression of CXCL12 and CXCR4 was associated with the infiltration, lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer. The detections of CXCL12 and CXCR4 can be used as tbe indicators for iudaina the oroznosis of gastric cancer.
