摘 要:以β-环糊精(β-CD)为主体分子,磷酸一铵(MAP)为客体分子制备主客体包合物,红外光谱证实了β-CD对磷酸一铵的包合作用。水中溶出度实验表明:磷酸一铵与β-CD的摩尔比为2:1时,纯水中磷酸一铵的初期溶出率为13.27%,微分溶出率为2.64%,28 d累积溶出率为44.10%;当磷酸一铵本底浓度为0.5、1.0、2.0、3.0 g/L时,磷酸一铵的初期溶出率、微分溶出率和28 d累积溶出率均随本底浓度增大而减小,证明包合物对磷酸一铵确实具有缓/控释作用。Using β-CD as the host molecule, monoammonium phosphate (MAP) as the guest molecule to prepare host-guest inclusion compound, Infrared spectra (FTIR) confirmed the inclusion effect of β-CD to MAP. Dissolution experiments showed that when the mole ratio of MAP to β-CD was 2:1, the preliminary solubility rate, differential dissolving rate and cumulative release rate in 28 days of MAP were 13.27%, 2.64% and 43.10%, respectively. When the background concentration was 5.0 g/L,10.0 g/L,20.0 g/L,30.0 g/L, the preliminary solubility rate, differential dissolving rate and cumulative release rate in 28 days of MAP decreased as the MAP background concentration increased. The results demonstrated of that the inclusion eomoound had slow/controlled release effect on MAP.
