摘　　要：远缘杂交与多倍体诱导技术在鱼类育种领域中运用广泛,并取得了显著的成效。综述了国内鲷科鱼类远缘杂交与多倍体诱导研究的发展历程,预测了鲷科鱼类远缘杂交可能有产生多倍体的潜力,具有很好的研究与潜在应用价值。通过分析鲷科鱼类的遗传特性与养殖现状,对鲷科鱼类远缘杂交与多倍体育种的前景进行评述。同时,总结了鲷科鱼类杂交与多倍体育种具备的优势和存在的问题,并对雌核发育在鲷科鱼类育种中的合理利用进行了探讨。Distant hybridization and polyploidy induction technology are widely used in the field of fish breeding, and brought remarkable achievement. In this paper, authors reviewed the development of domestic study on distant hybridization and polyploidy induction of Sparidae fishes, and predicted the potential to produce polyploidy by distant hybridization of Sparidae fishes. The review had very good value of research and potential application. This article discussed the prospects of distant hybridization and polyploidy induction in Sparidae fishes by analyzing the genetic characteristics and breeding status of Sparidae fishes. Ultimately, authors summed up the advantages and problems of hybridization and polyploidy induction in Sparidae fish, and discussed rational utilization of gynogenesis in S!oaridae fishes breeding.
