摘  要:锻炼心理效益研究领域文献繁杂,锻炼和心理健康之间的关系无法明确界定,锻炼相关心理效益指标的敏感度也众说不一。对锻炼与儿童青少年自我意识效益进行研究,选取自我意识效益的敏感测量指标及有效测量工具O结果显示,儿童青少年锻炼的自我意识效益领域,可以选取的敏感指标为自尊、身体自尊、主观幸福感。自尊的测量工具为:Rosenberg自尊量表,Piers-Harris儿童自我观念量表;身体自尊的测量工具为:形象调节和形象选择测验,儿童青少年身体自我剖面图,身体自我描述问卷;主观幸福感的测量工具为:焦虑、抑郁、自我观念等测量工具的组合(6~14岁),高中学生主观幸福感量表(15-18岁)。Although the literature on mental health exercise has improved dramatically, the conclusions about the relationship between exercise and mental health are not drawn. For selecting the sensitive variables and measurement of self - consciousness, studies on exercise and adolescents' self - consciousness adolescents' were reviewed. The results show that the sensitive variables and measurement of" adolescents' self-consciousness benefits are 1 ) self esteem, which is measured by Rosenberg Self- Esteem Scale and Piers- Harris Children's Self- Concept Scale; 2 ) body self- esteem, which is measured by Children and Youth's Physical Self- perception Profile, Figure Adjustment Technique and Profile of Self Description Questionnaire, and 3 ) subject well - being, which is measured by anxiety, depression and self - concept Scale and Subject Well - being Scale for High Middle School Students.
