摘  要:目前,高职学生职业素质教育存在理念认识偏颇、实践体系缺位、系统推进不畅等现实困扰问题,内外部均存在发展制约因素。应在审视问题、廓清内涵、明晰目标基础上,建构由深度渗透职业素质教育理念的第一课堂,衔接融入职业素质教育目标的第二课堂,转化体现职业素质培养的第三课堂,凸显助力职业素质熏陶的育人环境等方面内容组成的学生职业素质体系。At present, higher vocational college students' professional quality education is confronted with a se- ries of internal and external problems, namely, biased understanding, lack of practice system, and difficulty in cooperation between functional departments within the organization. Therefore, this paper attempts to propose suggestions for the system design of the education. First, the existing problems should be examined, the conno- tation of professional quality education be clarified, and the educational objectives be defined as well. The idea of professional quality education should be cultivated throughout the classroom activities. Second, campus ac- tivities after class should be dynamically linked with professional quality education objectives. Third, out-of- school activities, such as professional training and internship, should be focused on transforming students' knowledge into professional quality.
