职教集团确定型利益相关者责任探析

摘　　要：职教集团是利益相关者组织。根据米切尔评分法区分的职教集团确定型利益相关者对职教集团最为重要,包括职业院校管理者、教师、企业管理者和政府人员。确定型利益相关者承担着对职教集团的责任,也承担着对彼此的责任。Vocational education groups are stakeholders＇ organizations. According to Mitchell＇s classification scheme, the definitive stakeholders are most important to vocational education groups, including administrators in vocational colleges, teachers, managers of enterprises and government officials. They shoulder the responsi- bility to vocational education groups, and reciprocal responsibilities.
