摘　　要：成人高等教育办学机构长期以来被认为只具有教学职能,而不像普通高等教育办学机构兼具教学、科研、社会服务三种职能。从历史和具体的实践分析来看,成人高等教育办学机构应该也可以兼具三种职能,朝着职能多元化发展。Adult higher education institutions has long been considered only with teaching functions,unlike ordinary higher education institutions with three functions of teaching,scientific research,social services together.From the history and practice analysis,adult higher education institutions should be able to include the three functions together and towards the development of diversified functions.
