摘  要:以石蜡作为相变蓄热材料的基本材料,利用膨胀石墨的高吸附性和高导热性提高相变材料的传热性能,制备出不同配比的中低温相变蓄热材料,利用DSC测试出各组复合相变蓄热材料的热物性参数.研究结果表明:膨胀石墨含量不宜过多,应该小于5%;添加的膨胀石墨对石蜡相变点和焓变的影响很小.The solid liquid phase change possesses an enormous heat storage density and small phase transition temperature range, which has drawn many scholars" attention. The paraffin was used as the basic materials to prepare the phase change heat storage materi- als with different proportion of medium and low temperature by means of the high adsorption and high thermal conductivity of the ex- panded graphite, so as to improve the heat transfer performance of the phase change materials. The thermal physical parameters of each group of composite phase change material were tested by DSC. The results prove that the content of the expanded graphite should be less than 5% ; only small changes in phase change temperature of paraffin and enthalpy were caused by adding the expended graphite.
