摘 要:在汽车仪表板横梁(Cross Car Beam,CCB)的设计开发初始阶段,选取一些设计参数作为设计变量,利用SFE建立针对这些变量的参数化模型,选取适当的DOE正交矩阵列表输出参数化模型.使用Kriging方法构建性能结果的响应面近似模型,通过主效应和贡献量的对比分析发现圆管梁的直径和壁厚是最关键的设计变量,为仪表板横梁的设计提供指导.借助Isight优化算法在整个样本空间中寻找最优结构设计并进行虚拟仿真验证,从而得到最优的实际产品结构.During the initial phase of Cross Car Beam (CCB) design development, the multiple design parameters are selected as the design variables. A parameterization model is built in SFE environment based on the selected variables. A proper DOE orthogonal matrix table is determined to output sample models. Kriging method is used to create response approximate surface of the sample results. It is found that tube radius and thickness are the most important variables according to ANOVA analysis, which could provide guideline for further CCB design. Meanwhile, the optimization algorithm in Isight is used to find optimum design in design space. The optimum design is validated in virtual simulations and the optimum actual product structure is obtained.
