摘　　要：通过对东西部高职院校对口支援的背景及意义、对口支援实践的特点和模式、对口支援实践案例、对口支援存在的问题与对策等的分析研究,认为对口支援在专业建设、课程建设、师资培训、教学开发、科学研究等方面对合作院校双方的发展都起到了一定的作用。但在新的形式下又出现了一些合作院校自身难以解决的问题,需要相关的政策措施才能将这项事业做大做强,才能做到持续健康地发展。This article has analyzed the background, significance, modes of practice, practical cases, existing problems and countermeasures of counterpart support for the higher vocational colleges in the east and west. It has come to a conclusion that counterpart support has played certain roles in specialty construction, curriculum construction, teacher training, curriculum development, research and so on. However, under the new situation, there have appeared problems that the collaborate schools themselves find it difficult to solve. It needs relevant policies and measures to make the program bigger and stronger, and to achieve its sustained and healthy development.
