摘　　要：深化宣传思想工作是推进社会主义核心价值体系建设的基础和先导。将社会主义核心价值体系融入思想文化建设全过程,是实现"中国梦"的思想基石,是高校思想文化建设必须遵循的纲领。在坚持"立德树人"根本任务要求、以大学生全面发展为目标和推进社会主义核心价值体系大众化的原则下,通过拓宽思路搞活思想理论建设、引领健康向上的校园文化和营造积极的主流思想舆论等途径,使宣传思想工作服务于社会主义核心价值体系建设。The basis and premise of promoting the construction of the socialist core value system is the deepening of propaganda and ideological work. It is the ideological footing stone of realizing ＂Chinese Dream＂ and the necessary principle of college ideologi- cal and cultural construction to integrate the socialist core value system with ideological and cultural construction. Under the principle of ＂moral education＂, college students＇ comprehensive development and the popularization of the socialist core value system, propaganda and ideological work should serve the con- struction of the socialist core value system through expanding the way of ideological and theoretical construction, guiding optimistic campus culture, and establishing positive mainstream ideology and media.
