摘　　要：经济和管理类的本科生由于法律基础较为薄弱,因此对于这些群体的经济法课程的教学路径应该不同于法学专业的本科生。本文试图从教学实践中摸索经济和管理类本科生经济法课程的教学路径问题。Due to their weak legal basis, the teaching approaches of economic law for undergraduate students majoring in eco- nomics and management should be different from those for law majors. This paper attempts to explore effective teaching ap- proaches of economic law for undergraduate students majoring in economics and management.
