摘　　要：建设创新型国家,核心在科技创新,关键在拔尖创新人才的培养,基础在创新教育模式[1]。在现阶段高校管理政策和方式已发生很大变化,尤其是工作的重心转移到了提高人才培养模式及质量方面。本文主要论述了培养创新人才重要性、培养模式以及培养平台建设三方面内容,旨在提高各高校研究生的创新能力从而为社会发展服务。For building an innovation-oriented country, it＇s abso- lutely necessary to develop the technology, cultivate the talents and create the education modes, tll The adjustment of university management mechanism and scale expansion have already been completed. Thus, it becomes more and more important to make out the ways of improving the quality of personnel training and providing the excellent graduates for society. This article mainly discusses the following aspects： the importance of cultivating in- novative talents, cultivation mode and cultivation platform, aiming at improving the innovative capability of the graduate students for the social development.
