摘　　要：半导体物理是工科的核心专业基础课。它不仅关乎应用型人才培养的质量,更关乎整个半导体技术行业人才培养的战略目标。本文从独立学院的半导体物理教学要求出发,初步探讨提高半导体物理教学质量的一些改革方案。Semiconductor physics is one of the key and basic pro- fessional courses. It is of interest with not only the quality of cul- tivating applied talents, but also the strategical target of the talent training for the whole semiconductor industry. In this article, considering the need of the semiconductor physics teaching in the independent colleges, some reforms are discussed elementarily to improve the quality of the semiconductor physics teaching.
