摘　　要：高水平运动队的文化教育管理是高校高水平运动队伍建设的重要环节。本研究通过对各财经类高校高水平运动队文化教育管理存在的问题进行调查分析,针对问题提出相关的发展对策,为促进高校高水平运动队的文化教育和教学管理等方面的提高,更好地培养人才提供相关的参考建议。Cultural education and administration plays an impor- tant role in building and developing high-level sports teams of colleges and universities. By means of investigating the current cultural education and administration status of finance colleges＇ high-level sports teams, this study has made an impersonal pic- ture of college athletes＇ cultural education and administration, a profound analysis of the existing problems and come up with countermeasures so as to be in the service of developing high-lev- el sports teams in finance colleges and universities.
