摘　　要：近年来,皮革行业发展迅速,但其发展中也存在许多问题,其中尤其是原料皮供应问题。本文在分析国内原料皮采购模式的基础上,剖析其存在的问题,并尝试采用供应链契约理论来提升原料皮采购柔性,增强原料皮供应链抵御市场风险的能力。In recent years, leather industry has developed rapidly, but there are also many problems, especially the leather raw materials supply problems. In this paper, we study the domestic leather raw materials procurement model and analyze its existing problems. At last, we try to adopt the supply chain contract theory to improve raw material purchasing leather flexible, enhancing ability to resist market risk for the raw material supply chain.
