高职院校计算机相关专业顶岗实习管理模式的研究——以宁夏职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：顶岗实习是提高学生的专业素养和职业能力的重要环节。计算机相关专业由于自身的特性在顶岗实习施行过程中存在实习单位分散、管理难度大、学生专业能力和心态与观念转变等问题。文章以宁夏职业技术学院电子与信息技术系为例,探讨提高计算机相关专业顶岗实习效果的管理模式。Internship is an important part of improving the student＇s professional accomplishment and occupational ability. Due to the characteristics of computer related majors, there are many problems in internship, such as internship units are scattered, the management is difficult, students＇ occupational ability is poor, and mentality and concept are not changed. Taking Ningxia Polytechnic as an example, the paper discusses the management model of improving internship effect of computer related majors.
