浅谈按压合谷列缺穴辅助治疗发热的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察按压合谷列缺穴辅助治疗发热患者的临床疗效。方法:按照住院顺序选取126例发热患者,将其分为两组,每组63例,均行常规治疗,实验组于常规治疗发热的基础上开展按压合谷列缺穴辅助治疗。比较两组发热患者临床症状消失时间。结果:治疗后0.5h内,组间体温比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗1h后,实验组患者体温明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗总有效率比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上联合按压合谷列缺穴辅助治疗,能够提高发热治疗效果,及早达到降温目的。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of acupoint pressing Hegu column in adjuvant treatment of fever patients. Methods： According to the hospitalized order to select 126 cases of fever patients, divided into two groups, 63 cases in each group, were treated with conventional therapy, the experimental group in the conventional treatment based on the development of heat pressing Hegu listed lack of acupuncture point therapy. Cornparison of two groups of patients with clinical symptoms disappearing time of fever. Results： the treatment within a half hour, comparison between temperature group, no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. After lh treatment, the patients in the experimental group temperature significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. The two group total effective rate comparison, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： On the basis of conventional therapy combined with massage Hegu Lieque adjuvant therapy, can improve the therapeutic effect of early heating, cooling purpose is achieved.
