我国广义虚拟经济商业模式发展现状及存在的问题——基于国内外相关上市公司的实证研究

摘　　要：借用魏炜和朱武祥(2009;2012)发展的商业模式模型,对我国广义虚拟经济商业模式的特点和类型进行理论和实证研究,最后指出目前我国广义虚拟经济商业模式存在的问题。实证研究显示,截止2011年底我国广义虚拟经济已有134家公司在国内外资本市场上市,涵盖传媒出版、教育文化、旅游、影视娱乐、保健业、体育产业等多个领域,说明广义虚拟经济已经具有比较成熟的商业模式,并以此成为我国经济的重要组成部分。实证研究同时显示广义虚拟经济国外上市企业商业模式更为新颖,而国内上市企业的商业模式更趋传统和保守。文章最后认为未来广义虚拟经济无论在商业模式创新还是在发展潜力方面都存在很大的空间。Employing the business model developed by WEI-weiZU Wuxiang in 2009 and 2012,this paper analyzes the business models of The Generalized Virtual Economy（GVE）on the basis of theoretical and empirical study and finally points out the problems it encounter at present.Empirical study shows that there have been 134 listed companies at home and abroad till 2012 in the area of GVE,covering in dustries mainly include mediapublishing,education,tourism,entertainment,health care,physical education,etc,which means that GVE has grown into an important economic sector and has had successful business models.Empirical study also shows that the business models employed by those companies listed abroad are new while those listed at home appear traditional and conservative.Finally,this paper argues that there should be great potential in both business model innovation and development of GVE.
