摘　　要：阐述了面粉加工企业节能降耗的意义及能耗状况,从工艺设计、设备配置、功率配备、生产管理、设备操作等环节阐明了节能降耗的控制途径。The situation of energy consumption and the meaning of energy conservation in flour milling enterprises were illustrated,especially the control approaches in the chief links,such as process design,equipment configuration,power arrangement,manufacturing management,and equipment operation.
