摘　　要：研究高效液相色谱法测定猪肉中磺胺类药物残留的质量控制方法。通过对质量控制样品的测试,用数理统计的方法求出相关的技术指标,做出磺胺类药物残留测定的质量控制图,再用质量控制图对样品的分析测试结果进行有效的质量控制。结果表明:质量控制图能直观和有效地控制磺胺类药物残留测定的分析质量,确保分析结果准确可靠。The quality control methods for determining sulfonamide residues in pork using high-performance liquid chromatography were studied.The quality control samples were tested and the relevant technical indexes were worked out using mathematical statistics to prepare the quality control charts for determining the sulfonamide.Then the quality control charts were used in the quality control of sample analysis.The results showed that the quality control chart could directly and effectively control the quality analysis of sulfonamide residues to ensure analysis result accurate and reliable.
