摘  要:在对全国典型矿区煤样解吸实验的基础上,采用理论分析和非线性回归方法建立了瓦斯含量快速测定非线性曲面模型,并研发了瓦斯含量快速测定仪、参数修正仪。研究表明,解吸特征参数a、i值与瓦斯含量W呈高度非线性的曲面关系。瓦斯含量快速测定非线性曲面模型可以较好地描述a、i值与瓦斯含量W间的关系。研发的瓦斯含量快速测定仪可在20 min内快速测定煤层瓦斯含量,误差小于10%,性能优于国内外同类产品,满足瓦斯含量测定的工程需要。Based on the desorption experiments of many coal samples taking from some typical coal mining areas in our country, a nonlinear surface model for quick gas content measurement was established and the quick gas content measurement instrument and parameter correction instrument were developed by using theoretical analysis and nonlinear regression method. The results showed that a highly nonlinear surface relationship existed among the desorption characteristic parameter value a, i and the gas content W. The nonlinear surface model for quick gas content measurement can well describe the relationship among parameter value a, i and the gas content W. The coal- seam gas content can be quickly measured in 20min by the quick gas content measurement instrument, the measuring error of the instrument was less than 10% and its performance was better than that of the similar products both at home and abroad. This quick gas content measurement instrument can meet the requirement of gas content measurement in projects.
