摘　　要：为了研究矿工不安全行为影响因素,运用文献综述法,从内在因素和外在因素两方面总结出28个矿工不安全行为影响因素。在此基础上,编制矿工不安全行为影响因素调查问卷,通过因子分析法对问卷数据进行统计分析,建立了不安全行为影响因素指标体系。通过确定各层次的指标权重值,对矿工不安全行为影响因素进行了重要度分析。该研究对控制矿工不安全行为的发生提供了一定的理论基础。In order to study miners＇ unsafe behavior influencing factors ,28 miners＇ unsafe behavior influencing factors were summed up according to the intrinsic and extrinsic factors with the literature review method. On the basis of this theory, a miners＇ unsafe behavior influencing factors questionnaire was prepared, the statistical analysis of the questionnaire data was made with factor analysis method,and a index system of miners＇ unsafe behavior influencing factors was established. In addition, the index weight value of all levels were determined and the miners＇ unsafe behavior influencing factors were importantly analyzed. This study provided a theoretical basis for controlling miners＇ unsafe behaviors.
