摘　　要：树状大分子是一类具有三维结构、大量的官能团、分子内存在空腔及分子链增长具有可控性等特点的合成高分子聚合物。本文介绍了肽类树状大分子,多羟基醇类树状大分子,含硅类树状大分子,以及重点综述了胺类树状大分子等不同核-壳型树状大分子的合成及在不同领域的应用研究现状。Dendrimers were a class of three - dimensional structure, a large number of functional groups in the molecule. The molecular chain had a cavity and other characteristics controllable synthetic polymers. The research situation of some core- shell dendrimers, including the peptide dendrimer, polyhydroxy- alcohol dendrimer carbosilane dendrimer were was introduced and the amine dendrimer and so on were mainly summarized.
