摘　　要：目的探讨CD47在急性髓细胞白血病干细胞(AML-LSC)中表达的临床意义。方法搜集2009年8月至2011年7月就诊于三家不同医院的初诊AML患者共96例,将患者按AML不同亚型归类。采用流式细胞仪检测其骨髓LSC中CD47的表达,观察CD47在AML各亚型患者LSC上的表达差异,并分析CD47表达阳性对AML患者疗效及预后的影响。结果CD47高表达的AML患者高白细胞者更多,常规治疗后完全缓解率低,白血病复发率高(P均<0.05)。CD47在AML各亚型患者LSC上的表达差异不明显(P均>0.05)。结论CD47在AML-LSC上表达或可作为判断AML疗效和预后的指标之一。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of CD47 expression on acute myeloid leukemia stem cells （AML-LSCs）. Methods Ninety-six newly-diagnosed AML patients treated at three hospitals from August 2009 to July 2011 were included in the study. The patients were divided into subgroups according to AML classification. The CD47 expression on LSC from bone marrow in different subgroups were detected by flow cytometry. The correlations of CD47 overexpression with the therapeutic effect and the prognosis in AML patients were analysed. Results Comparatively, the patients with overexpression of CD47 had a higher incidence of hyperleucocytosis, lower complete remission and lower relapse rates after routine treatment （all P 〈 0.05）. But there was no expressive discrepancy of CD47 on LSCs different AML subtypes （all P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Expression of CD47 on LSCs may be a marker of response to treatment and hold promise as a prognostic indicator.
