摘　　要：本文在回顾创新国际化文献的基础上,以北京地区ICT产业和机械制造产业的259家企业为例,针对海外制造、海外独立研发机构、海外合作创新等不同形式的创新国际化行为对创新绩效的影响进行了理论分析与实证检验,并考察了企业内部研发对创新国际化行为与创新绩效之间关系的调节作用。实证结果表明,海外制造对国内最新的创新成果具有显著影响,海外合作创新对全球最新的创新成果具有显著影响;内部研发对不同形式的创新国际化行为与创新绩效的关系均有调节作用,但程度不同。Based on literature review on the theories of globalization of innovation, this paper, by using a sample of 259 firms in ICT and machine tool sectors in Beijing, investigates the impacts of globalization of innovation activ- ities, including offshore manufacturing, offshore R＆D laboratories and cross-border innovation collaboration, on their innovation performance, as well as the moderating effect of in-house R＆D on the relationship between globalization of innovation activities and innovation performance. The empirical results show that offshore manufacturing has significant effect on the innovation new to the domestic, while cross-border innovation collaboration has significant effect on the innovation new to the world. In-house R＆D has significant moderating effect on the relationship between all three types of globalization of innovation activities and the innovation new to the domestic, as well as the relationship between offshore R＆D laboratories and the innovation new to the firm.
