摘　　要：目的分析子宫富于细胞型平滑肌瘤(cellular uterine leiomyoma,CUL)的临床特性及治疗方法。方法 2002～2012年郫县西南兵工成都医院收治的经术后病理学诊断为CUL患者共计30例,对全部病例的临床表现、超声影像、病理特征以及随访情况进行分析总结。结果所有CUL患者的临床表现以月经改变为主,影像学特征以低回声多见,病理特征为镜下见瘤细胞丰富,细胞大小、形态多一致,核分裂少见,核分裂相0～4个/10个高倍视野(high power field,HPF)。结论 CUL属于良性子宫肿瘤,但应注意随访。Objective To analyze the clinical manifestations, imaging features, pathological features, clinical outcomes of cellular uterine leiomyoma （CUL） and the treatment. Methods The data of 30 cases pathologically diagnosed as CUL in Southwest Ordnance Hospital of Chengdu from January, 2002 to December, 2012 was analyzed statistically. Analysis and summary on chnical manifestations,ultrasonic images, pathological features and the follow ups of all cases were made. Results Menstrual changes were the main clinical manifestation of CUL. Most patients showed low level echo areas by the B - ultrasound examination. The pathological features of CUL reflected in abundant tumor cells with similar sizes and morphology. But the karyokinesis was seldom, it was ranging from 1 to 4 per 10 high power field（HPF）. Conclusion CUL is a kind of benign uterine tumor, and the clinical manifestations of it are similar to those of ordinary uterine leiomyoma. The surgical procedure should be based on specific condition of different patients.
