姜黄素抑制翼状胬肉成纤维细胞血管内皮生长因子表达的研究

摘　　要：目的观察姜黄素对人翼状胬肉成纤维细胞血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的影响。方法分离培养翼状胬肉成纤维细胞,用MTT法检测姜黄素对其细胞活性的作用,酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测上清液中VEGF的表达水平。结果姜黄素能抑制翼状胬肉成纤维细胞的生长,并且有效的抑制其分泌VEGF的水平。姜黄素作用组与对照组上清液VEGF水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论姜黄素抗VEGF的药理活性,很可能在翼状胬肉发病及发展的关键环节起到了重要的抑制作用。Objective To investigate the effects of curcumin on inhibiting of the expression of VEGF in pterygium fibroblasts. Methods The effects of curcumin on cell viability were assessed by using the MTT assay. The VEGF levels in cell culture supernatants were measured by using an enzyme- linked immunosorbent assay. Results Curcumin could inhibite the viability of pterygium fibroblasts and the level of VEGF in cell culture supernatants. The difference in the level of VEGF between eurcumin treated groups and the controls was statistically significant （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The inhibition effects of curcumin on the level of VEGF in pterygium fibroblasts may play an important role in the treatment of pterygium.
