摘　　要：低碳经济强调大力发展生态生产力,遵循生态规律,以实现生态效益、经济效益与社会效益相统一为科学原则,展现出其科学维度;以降低温室气体排放、实现代际公平与代内公平的统一、促进人的自由全面发展为目的和归宿,则体现了其价值维度。从科学与价值维度分析低碳经济,对于当前我国着力转变经济发展模式、推进生态文明建设具有深刻的启示和意义。Low carbon economy emphasizes the grass development of ecological productivity ; it follows the regulations of ecology; and it apparently shows the scientific dimension through centralizing the ecological benefits, economic benefits and social benefits. Low car- bon economy through reducing greenhouse＇ s gas demission; achieving the unity of intergeneration and intra - generation; and promo- ting people＇ s development of freedom as final purpose and destination to rcllect its value dimensions. Using the science and value di- 6 menslon to analyze low carbon economy, it has profound inspiration and deep meaning to transform development mode of economy and promote ecological civilization constructions.
