摘 要:以淀粉为主要原料,通过共混、增塑、交联、流延成膜等工艺过程制备淀粉基可生物降解膜,考察了反应温度、PVA、硼砂、柠檬酸和甘油添加量对淀粉基生物降解膜降解性能的影响.采用正交实验法确定了适宜的制备工艺条件,制备出了可生物降解的淀粉基塑料薄膜.In this experiment, we used starch as the main raw material. The starch-based biodegradable film was prepared by processes such as blending, plasticized, cross-linking, and film casting method. The influence of temperature, PVA, borax, citric acid, and glycerol content on degradation performance of the starch-based biodegradable film were studied. Orthogonal experiment is used to determine the best reaction conditions, and the starch-based biodegradable film were obtained.
