大榭二桥钢索塔制作难点分析及对策

摘　　要：大榭二桥钢索塔设计为全焊接钢塔,线型复杂、结构新颖。通过分析大榭二桥钢索塔结构特点及制作难点,提出角壁板制作、钢混凝土结合段制作、钢锚箱安装精度控制、预拼装等难点制作工艺方法;并采用合理的焊接工艺、有效的焊接变形控制方法,保证钢塔底板等焊接量大、易变形结构部位焊接质量及结构精度。经全面检测及桥位安装验证,钢索塔主要质量控制项点轴线偏离度、接口错边、锚箱角度等均达到设计及相关标准要求。Daxie 2nd bridge steel tower is designed to complete welding steel tower with complex line shape and novel structure,by analysing the structural characteristics and production difficulties of Daxie 2nd bridge steel tower,the technics of some difficulties such as：the production of angle plate and steel-concrete combined section,how to control the installation precision of steel anchor box,and preassembled were introduced.By adopt logical welding technics and effective control means of welding distortion,large-guantity of welding of steel tower bottom plate etc,the welding quality and precision of easy variability distortion part were assured.Through completely measuring and locational buildable validating,the axes departure,the bias between boxes anchor box angle and so on achieved the request of the design and correlative standards.
